Reservation Policy: We require a credit card number, including VC and billing zip code to guarantee your space.

Changes or Cancellation Policy: Cost of items reserved are charged to your card on the day you make your reservation. You may cancel or change your reservation less $5 fee per ticket if cancellation or change is made on or before 12:00 NOON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CRUISE.

No refunds for any changes or cancellations after 12:00 noon the day before your cruise.

Weather Policy: Vanishing Texas River Cruise wants to make sure you have a safe, comfortable cruise!  Due to the nature of our cruise vessel, when lake wind advisories are issued by the national weather service, we will cancel our trip.  Also, impending lightening storms may cause a delay or cancellation of a cruise.  Since we live in Texas, we can experience quick weather changes.  If we feel conditions will be safe, we will still run the cruise and fees will be assessed if the customer cancels.  We will call all passengers at least one (1) hour ahead of cruise time to cancel if there are weather concerns.  No fees will be assessed when WE cancel a trip.  We do NOT pay transportation costs to/from our cruise location.

For example, like many Web sites, We use “cookies,” and We obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses the Web site. Such information may include login information, browsing history, preferences and other personalization information. Avalon Waterways currently does not honor browser requests not to be tracked.

·  E-mail Communications: We may retain copies of Our e-mail correspondence, or if you have received and opened correspondence. We also compare Our customer lists in an effort to avoid duplicative marketing.

·  Incidental Information: We may collect information incidental to your visit of the Web site or purchase of products or services. Such information may include when you have visited the Web site or when you registered as a User.
